Is She Brilliant in Mathematics?

The author has taught students in mathematics who he says are brilliant. But the same student had absolutely no interest in doing tests, so she'd never perform wellin tests. She spent a large time of each mathematics lesson in her art. This is a creative intellect that the school was actively harming. The test cannot possibly be an accurate reading of your intelligence. It doesn't mean you can't learn anything from it - just don't do it.
