When i was a kid, i always into running. I did cross country, and i was already very competitive at a super young age. And then am an university, i slacked off a lot. But i kept running, just as a just to keep healthy and things like that. Then in comes alter ing, where, that's where i sat at ya, signed up for that tackled the toad, the 50 k, and hardly trained at all. 'I think even dave had watched me on strava and he was just like, oh, my god, jasmon, your training is terrible'
