How to Pick a Co-Founder

The founding team and they start many times they come with similar skill set. Usually one says let me build the product and the other says let me market and sell the product. That's what we see in case of nine out of ten founding teams. Somehow they break it based on the person's capability, background or somebody who is good at conversations versus somebody who is really good in technology.
