African Students in Ukraine Are Having to Fend for Theirself

i'm like, what's this about? So i'm reading it. Apparently there's a fair number of africans studying in ukraine. And all of a sudden, now that there's a war, they have to fend for themselves. Nobody's there to take to figure out what they're going to do. I mean, the russian oligarchs seem to own a lot of mineral rights.
