The Importance of Setting a Big Vision

From the very first day we set a big vision. Here's what we want to do. We want to help the television industry thrive and prevent the decline that happened in the music industry. So, setting a very clear mission which changed and adapted a little bit over time. The general direction of that was always the same. It was a motivating factor in how we ran the company. And it always was essentially what Comcast today calls the North Star in setting kind of what we wanted to be.
