The Importance of Integrity in Leadership

There's no necessary correlation between talent and maturity or integrity. The problem is when I meet a very talented person, my inclination is to assume maturity on their part. And then when they crash and burn, we think, but you were so talented, you were so gifted. Well, yeah, they're set up for a fall.
