Using the Replants Strategy to Grow the Warehouse.

As the photo booth business kind of slowed down, I brought in one of my photo booth employees and made him my retail arbitrage guy. And so he did all the shopping. He spends probably three or four days shopping and buying all the stuff on our shopping lists. Half the time he's sourcing half the time he'm shopping. Then I got to the point where James and Richard just doing the shipment couldn't handle the growth. So then I hired a warehouse manager and we brought him in and we trained him to do nothing but manage the warehouse. Now we're set up to where I have a warehouse manager who runs the warehouse, runs all shipment preparation and James works under him. And
