How to Hire and Support Junior Developers?

I was thinking you never see or you don't see a lot of articles about how to hire junior developers, like how to find ones that are going to be decent. And so I did a couple, uh, did a couple of Googles and I couldn't really find a lot. So I thought it might be interesting to talk about what do you think either the problem is, or whatdo you think it takes to get them on your team? Like who's going to be spending the time doing this? What are they going to be working on? You have to be set up for it, right? Yep.
