How to Cope With Dissociating Visually

Katie: Can coping skills attract attention? Or are there more discreet coping skills, like other than breathing? My therapist didn't initially notice when I'm mildly dissociating visually. It's hard to tell because I become so good at pretending to be present. Katie: A good therapist will try to figure out your cues with you rather than think that you're faking it.
