Standardization: How to Get Your Team to Play Nice

If you're documenting something that's been written in Java then it's probably going to have a different documentation output coming from your code. And for a lot of people that means that you're doing markdown in some sort of get set up. But sometimes teams like Kristoff wastalking other Kristoff was talking about like for example Doxygen output which is also generated from your code and that has been around for ages. It might make more sense to try to force people to change how they're doing things rather than embrace what they're already doing.
