The Role of the Justice Department in the Enforcement of Antitrust Laws

After 9-11 the airlines were in very, very poor shape. I think perhaps the Justice Department working with the DOT, which they do, permitted too much consolidation. And I think they know that and this administration in particular has been very aggressive in interpreting and enforcing the antitrust laws.
