The NBA competition committee is considering an in game penalty for flopping. If you are caught flopping, the team, the other team will get two free throws and the ball. We're going to make it like a flagrant foul. The only possible way that a player would still flop is if they're stupid. But we'll coach players not to be stupid. What about the flop that is not a flop where there's actual contact? Don't worry I got that cover too. You get the FC. And sometimes we see the referees doing that motion with their hand saying, get up. I saw that you weren't hit. Get up."
