The Muscle Memory in Art Can Be Very Instructive for Creative Work
i do think thereis a certain muscle memory involved in making art, and that, i do think that exercise can be very instructive to creative work. If you just try to do five pushups, and they do five push ups for a week, and the next week you try to do six pushups, you know that eventually you'll get to 50. I remember ten years ago when i first read steel like an artist is this idea of being boring,. You've a whole section of your book about about being boring. And we think of creativity, we don't think of boring, austin. We think of, you know, unicorns and rainbows. Yes.
