Do you know what your max heart rate is? Roughly. You clearly can produce 45 minutes of consecutive work at a lower intensity. Your cardiovascular system is going to be fine there. Just don't get too caught up in those specific numbers. I'm an actual scientist. This is my world. We need to move more at a lowerintensity and it's not just like standing, standing is not going to get you there. If you're walking an hour a day every day, like you're fine. Like I'm not, that box is checked in my opinion,. Especially if you're doing most of it nasal only, I'm totally fine.
