Horticulture is just thought about as nice flowers and yor habaceous borders. So to hear that it really can be the coald face, if you like, of climate change and making a difference,. That's quite a sobering and anchoring thought, isn't it? We're importing food from countries which are water stressed. Frankly, we should be helping those countries not to add to their environmental degradation. It doesn't matter how much time i spend on my vedge garden, i'm not costing myself. I'm out of that formal economy. Im ean to the domestic economy. And so the good news about gardening for sustainability is this is taking so many boxes
