Is Rapid Gossip Sync Good for Mobile?

One thing I guess we didn't touch on, which we probably should. Eric wrote something called rapid gossip sync. And it's essentially a way to, it's good for mobile devices. If you have a sort of like a semi trusted setup where maybe you have an LSP that you kind of trust. and you want to route payments privately. It would download the whole gossip graph from the network. You could eventually come up with a path to your tenant recipients and make a payment.
