The Addiction of Transformation

I love transformation. I think change is the most powerful word in any language without change. What I love is a transformational leadership where you can challenge the status quo by mobilizing and energizing and unifying a group of people to achieve a noble mission that will have a profound and far reaching impact. And if you look at DocuSign, I mean, it's changed the way businesses being done, how people live their lives. That's the thing that I really enjoy is I love the challenge of those transformations. The other thing is I always like to say, how could you do this differently? Yeah, I think that could be an addiction.
