The Three Peens

The first job of the muscle system is to, as at least in the athletic world, is to be tall. The word I use in the weight room is stay tall. You can kick the ball as a soccer football player as hard as you feel like right in front of the open net. But you can also score by just tapping it in in front of an open net. It's easier to do more than to do enough. Doing more is one of the easiest things you can ever do. Enough is really a difficult thing.
