Gloria, one of the things that you do that I find is really valuable is over on getthebag.biz, the information that you provide just based on your background in the financial industry. And as Etsy sellers, a lot of times we bootstrapping what we do on Etsy,. But there comes a time where, you know, one might want to scale and you have a particular knowledge about that or ways that we can grow our businesses beyondBootstrapping stage. Can you share information with us about how we can go about scaling? What, what resources are available to, to us? Because I think most people think about Etsy sellers as kitchen table entrepreneurs.

book is for people who want to understand more about climate change and the energy transition. And i think many people at the moment, i was in the same boat. Before i started this project, just feel quite overwhelmed by the amount of information on this subject, by the amount of heated rhetoric on all sides of the conversation. So i'm hoping that this can be a really good way in simon,

Simon's also writ en the magazine cover this week. You can find that link in the show notes. You can also find a link there to all of our cop coverage which will be happening over the next two weeks. That'll be in our climate hub. It's called climate capital. And on wednesday, november third, which is one of the biggest days of the summit, our pay wall is actually lifting. We don't do it very often, but the ent r f t dot com site will be free to read. In the meantime, let's talk about the other huge annual event happening this week, the announcement of the winner of the 20 21 booker prize. This wednesday, five judges are picking a winner from a short list of six novels. They include nadifa mohammed's the fortune men and maggie shipsted's great circle, which i'm actually reading now, and it's very good, i would recommend. We're going to get an inside look at judging a prize this big. It turns out it has always been kind of a herculean endeavor.
