Is That Too Much Onions?
Hank and John are at a loss for what to do with 50 pounds of onions and 25 pounds of potatoes. Hank: I don't think you have nearly enough potatoes, because i think you need to have like 75 pounds of potatoes to deal with 50lbs of onions. Sophie asks them about their onion-to-potato ratio; they say it should be 2/1 but maybe that's too much. Hank says he has a recipe for roasted potatoes with onions and other root vegetables which is delicious.
