Lockdowns and COVID - It's Far Too Late

The WHO admitted that at the beginning, they said that their official policy was don't lock down for something like this. So yeah, it's all about timing. It's like, who is allowed to say what when? And now we're allowed to say everything about the lockdowns and COVID,. But obviously, it's far too late for like the people who lost their jobs and lost their businesses and didn't get to see their dying relatives.
