I think we in particular have a lot of jargon and I think that it becomes so natural to us that we don't even realize how unapproachable it is to newcomers. There are like literally 10 different types of polymorphism but there's very seldom a need for dynamic polymorphism code right. So often I see people do stuff that are you know the kind of intermediate programs I work with a lot of programmers that are like that who came from double E and they're kind of learning on the job.
