Do You Think It's the Quotas That Are Promoting These Biases?
Some of the mechanisms i see don't necessarily have to do with quotas. If it was just about the quota story, for instance, we wouldn't see dallet and adivasi ser punches not facing bureaucratic resistance,. Because most of those serpunches are also through quotas. So i think there is some aspect to it that has to do with gender. But i also want to be mindful claiming that it's just negative biocese in general. One thing i do is i test for general negative biacese, which is done through something called the implicit association test. Would just test, psychologically, at the subconscious level, how quickly do bureaucrats associate the idea of leadership with gender?
