Keep your eyes open and shut. In principle, no difference in atuetic meditation. Relaxation, listen, then sink into that awareness. We did that because usually we dwell in our minds and bodies. It's very difficult to step back into the ever present reality. That avairness is there all the time. To know that, you see, we are using the mind to centre ourselves in that awareness. Even that centring is a kind of practice, right?
