Are You Getting the Right Clients?
The key challenge for advice firms as they do scale is to create consistency of approach. Every every year we have a staff conference and review aspects of the business. The one thing we worked on some years ago was documenting the process that a client goes through from the day they first contact our business to the day, they are an ongoing client. And then what we've done around the new client side is prior to being written it may be a significant change in circumstances as well as changing with time.
