Do You Practice Mindfulness?

Every therapist I've ever met in my life has told me that I should practice mindfulness. There is some very compelling science behind it. Just 10 minutes of meditation not only improves your mood, but improves your cognitive ability and even rewires your brain. The head here at Hackensack Meridian, the guy who runs oncology here came to me. We're trying to set up a study where we're going to use biofeedback for cancer patients.
