The Dollar Will Perform Poorly During a Slowdown
During slowdowns, capital rushes to the United States for sort of a safe haven. So that's a little bit of a contrarian view. And I'm very curious, why do you think that during a slowdown the dollar will perform poorly? Yeah, yeah. I think one of the big reasons is that if you look at what helped the dollar last year, a large part of what helped thedollar last year was that rest of the world growth was weaker than the US. Now this year, I think all of those things are turning around where the as a pandemic eases, the rest of theworld will get a bigger booster growth than the U.S.
