The Rise of China in the WTO System

There are key issues that WTO required countries to adhere to when they're administered into the system. For China, some of these were exchange rate, which is still not there. There is no IPR protection whatsoever for countries or companies operating in China. And lastly, equally important is that WTO says that either you're a developed country or you're a developing country. If you come on board as a developing country, we're going to allow you some leeway till you become more prosperous.
