Are There Security Requirements Imposed on Government Companies?

There are requirements imposed on all kinds of companies that do business with the government. You don't think of an institution of higher education, a college or university, that is doing research for the united states on highly sensitive topic. And if they don't deliver, they are vulnerable to investigation and and enforcement. The same thing with a an insurance company or a contractor in the health care space that is doing business for the federal government. If they fail to meet the siper security requirements that are imposed on them by contract or regulation, theyr vulner to investigationa enforcement.
