When you're in the ring there is no conversation you have to do with it yeah so that's why those practices are so strong. I work on a lot about observing the content of your mind in different meditation forms inside meditation also like let's drop a topic and let's see what what is your mind like when you sit really still. When I teach especially at the beginning I teach my athletes embodiment and breathing right conscious breathing but also awareness of breath.
