People who are struggling with presence being anxious about the future, lost in the past, et cetera. You get to make your own virtual reality in your head and take a trip anywhere you want. Don't ask yourself, what's my ideal future? That's a dangerous question because it limits you to just one. Instead I love coming up with like 10 different futures to please the different sides of my personality.
