How to Use Multiple Tools to Cope With Anxiety
The key really is to be flexible. We actually looked at while people were coping with covid we didlot a few longitudinal studies to see what tools were people using that made them feel better, lowered their daily level of covet anxiety. People who were using the most healthy tools, people re using like five or six or seven healthy tools, those were the people who were experiencin significantly less daily anxiety than than people who were not using healthy tools. A and so it really was about multiple tools coming together, as opposed to a, you know, just individual ones.
