The Definition of an Asylum Seeker
An asylum seeker is defined if they can demonstrate that returning to their home country would endanger them or their family in a significant way. There are three essentially the government kind of allows for three different kinds of reasons for persecution. If you find yourself your life in danger for something like sexual orientation, even though I'm from Zimbabwe, it should not be grounds for you to die.
