In 1975, the federal government said that there were at least one million disabled children out of school. For me, it's being under educated. It's not receiving the same educational services. And you know, travel with me in my neighborhood. We had driveways for cars. So you could push my wheelchair down a driveway or you could take my wheelchair, back it up and go down a step and then tip it up another step. But you couldn't get on the train. You couldn'tget on a bus.
