How to Allocate Your Savings Excluding 401k

Ben: I think with a goal that short-term, the stock market is always very risky in the short-term and especially for something as important as a house risking it in the stock market. Ben: There is no reward attractive enough in that short period of time to justify the risk that you would need to take when it comes to needing that money. In some cases, you really do need to know yourself and your own risk tolerance. We could talk about a small allocation to fixed income and whether there's an opportunity there.
