The Native Americans and the New England Colonists
i wanted to untangle the myths about native americans and new england colonists. They all had different names because they were from different areas. There's a sort of naming magic that goes on too, where now you have quinipea university. All of these towns that are native towns, names, native words that have been transitioned into english words. Nogatu, hosatonicand on and on and on. The only exception is the river, the river thames, which is in connecticut, and it's named after the thames river in london.
