How to Keep Your Baby's Sleep Rhythm Down

An eight month old baby should be taking two naps a day, for at least an hour or two each time. All babies that age need at least 12 to 14 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period. During the day, you don't feed your baby any more frequently than four to five hours.
