The Future of Electricity in Australia

There's no doubt that getting this right is going to see Australia with some of, if not the lowest cost power in the world. And because you need a lot of new generation, I think there are things government can do to make sure that new generation provides competition rather than just support the existing players. We'll talk a lot about South Australia. But that's OK. It's an interesting concept. Maybe this is the one way that we can actually finally break that sort of the nexus, the power, the fossil fuel generators over pricing in the grid. Or maybe I'm dreaming. No, no, absolutely.
