Ptolemy the First Soca of the Macedonian Persian Empire

Macedonian kings such as Philip II and Alexander III had an entourage of body-goes. One of Alexander's somata phylikis was a man called Ptolemy. It was decided at the Partition of Babylon that the main military officers should become the new satrips of the Macedonian Persian Empire. This is why Alexander the Great was entombed in Alexandria.
