What's the Weather Like in Kiev Right Now?

It's just to beat the law of freezing. It was quite cold-ish, a couple of days back and it is kind of an issue because when the power goes out, so does the heating. That can kind of be an issue because my button got pretty cold last time but people are coping for now. I don't know how it will actually work when we are in minus 20 in American that would be freaking cold territory.
