The US Intelligence Community Has Failt
In 2008, James Clapper wrote an op-ed saying the U.S. intelligence community had failed as a public institution and profession. "We have allowed ourselves to be caricatured, vilified, and misrepresented by people who do not know us," he said. He says things are slightly better than when he wrote that in a way but they're still very inefficient.
