Are You Pretending to Be Human?
The ethical guide lines are to always reveal that it is a but you should never pretend that it's a person. People, once they know it's a but kind of change their expectations, and they tend to expect less verses. Some companies do use like a little cartoony human face. One that i like a lot that looks like a face, but not a human face, is plan parenthood's chat bot called rue r o o. It has a very cute little face, but it very much, at the same time, it's clear you're not talking to a person.
