What Are the Restrictions on Advanced Computing, AI Chips?

The export controls are increasing both the breadth and the depth of controls. The way I put it is that this is a clear sign of decoupling in the high tech sector. So if there's anything that is to do with advanced computing, supercomputing, AI chips, it will be difficult for Chinese companies to access it.
