Rent payments were always seen as something that would count towards the credit score. Sus collects rental reporting data and also other data on tenants, and provides a service to the landlord. They wanted to do this in a way that benefited both landlords and tenants at the same time. Their chal was to create this seamless product to collect and transform this fragmented data and report it to credit bureaus.
