Is Overkill When You're Speaking to Non-Natives?
Mr. V: If you speak too much like a native, if you're using too many expressions, then you're going to miss out on that key point of being part of the great family of non-native English speakers. Andrรฉ: I will never be a native English speaker and no matter how much I work, I would put into this, it would be noticeable. So yes, I would rather keep my accent continuously improve my fluency as an international business person. Mr. V: Is the journey not the destination that matters?
