Do You Have a 12 Step Program?

I know that there are some 12 step programs that say you have to get on the scale once a month because it keeps you honest. I also think that's a fallacy because you can each properly all month and you can do everything right, and that scale can go up. So this idea of attaching your weight to honesty really bothers me. And I mean, come on, everybody listening, we know the research is out there. It shouldn't even be a debate anymore. Like a calorie is not just a calorie. There's hormones. There's different ways that things are absolutely.
