Ned: On the flow side, your don't really have too much of a choice to participate or not. Yet, you do have some implied obligation to stand up for client flow and try to be a part of it. Ther's only so many times you can say no. That's kind of part of the process. And then on the more structured side, i'd love to get your take on this, cause something you said about observing the flow me thinking about pricing deals.
