Isn't Anger a Vice?

I want to hone in on the generational, perhaps the generational cyclic nature of being born into and dying from these constant systems of Black struggle against domination. You point out in chapter two of the book Black Rage in reference to Audrey Lourdes, 1981, piece The Uses of Anger that anger is often attributed in the Christian tradition as a vice. I thought I'd ask you to unpack this a little bit almost, how would you recommend to others the reading of that essay and what her point is there?
