When Do Prophets Emerge?

There was a hook in Dylan's translation that I think made this ring more true. Righteousness only emerges when the opposite of righteousness is present. In order to have somebody act righteous, then there must be some sense of inequity or fallen from the path. It might be a slam on Confucianism, but it's part of that you can only be soft when there's hard.
