The panaleria experience here in the US is completely different than what you're going to find in Mexico and Mexico. You can always count on a couple of different things and that's going to be the conchas. Montecadas are these sweet buttery muffins and everybody always has them in like a red liner. revonadas which are slices of bread with butter on top and then sprinkled with sugar. teleras and molygos which are typically used for savory things like tortas. Bordeaux-nez which are sort of like Mexico sugar cookie and sometimes when people get confused because we actually have like four or five different cookies that share the same name
